Land Acquisition Assistant

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Real Estate, Law, or a relevant discipline;
• Knowledgeable in real estate law and regulation including Right of Way procedure, is an advantage;
• Should be computer literate, keen to details, and with good communication skills;
• Experience in a similar role is a plus;
• A local resident in Tuy, Batangas or nearby municipalities has an advantage.
