Land Acquisition Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree related to Real Estate, Law, or a relevant discipline;
• Must have 5 years of experience in a similar role;
• A Licensed Real Estate Broker is a plus;
• Knowledgeable in real estate law and regulation including Right of Way procedure is an advantage;
• Should be computer literate, keen to details, and with good communication skills;
• Willing to travel on assigned areas across the country.

Major Responsibilities:

• Negotiation for the commercial closing of sale/lease/ROW Agreements of lands with the landowners;
• Land Consolidation;
• Management of real estate brokers, agents, and local consolidators;
• Gathering of land documents and execution of contracts necessary for the title transfer of the lands acquired in the name of the company;
• Conduct of initial due diligence for the feasibility of acquiring the land;
