Land Acquisition Specalist

What you'll do

• Complete title and tax decs tracebacks of properties for land acquisition within given deadline.
• Prepare dockets for BIR and RID transactions.
• Gather data such as land use plan/maps, zoning map and LGU profile necessary in preparing market study.

What we are looking for:

• Candidate must be graduate of any four-year course.
• Must have at least (3) years of related working experience in real estate.
• Must be knowledgeable in preparing legal documents for real estate.
• Has established contact with LGUs and National Government Agencies.
• Knowledgeable in pre-development permits and licenses specifically for horizontal development.
• Must be willing to be assigned in Makati and willing to do field works.
