Land Acquisition Supervisor

Qualifications:

•Bachelor's degree related to Real Estate, Law, or a relevant discipline;

•Must have 5 years of experience in a similar role;

•A Licensed Real Estate Broker is a plus;

•Knowledgeable in real estate law and regulation including Right of Way procedure is an advantage;

•Should be computer literate, keen to details, and with good communication skills;

•Should be willing to travel and be assigned to different project sites from time to time.

Job Summary:

The Land Acquisition Supervisor will be responsible in preparing documents, coordinating meetings, and liaising with property owners, and government agencies.
