Land and Stakeholder Relations Specialist

The Role

• Builds and maintains relationships with landowners, local communities, and other project stakeholders
• Conducts consultations, meetings, and information sessions related to project development
• Addresses stakeholder concerns and facilitates constructive dialogue regarding land use and project activities
• Supports negotiations with landowners for land lease, easements, right-of-way, and access agreements
• Assists in preparation and documentation of land-related agreements and permits
• Coordinates with legal and project teams to ensure proper documentation and compliance
• Liaises with local government units, barangays, and relevant agencies regarding land and stakeholder matters
