With new ownership, new leadership and a clear plan to scale into a nine‑figure business, the land function is now a critical focus, and they're looking for a Land Buyer to help build the future pipeline.

The business is fully funded, with both cash reserves and an acquisition facility in place, giving you the confidence that opportunities can be acted on quickly and deals can genuinely progress.

This role offers genuine autonomy, where you'll support the sourcing, assessment and acquisition of residential and mixed‑use development opportunities across opportunity‑led locations.
