Land Construction Site Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the entire land construction process, ensuring all site activities comply with safety regulations, quality standards, and project schedules.

• Coordinate daily operations, including material logistics, equipment use, and the assignment of work tasks to the site crew.

• Serve as the main point of contact for site operations, effectively communicating and resolving issues as they arise.

• Liaise effectively with Subcontractor Managers and Main Contractor management staff, ensuring seamless coordination.

• Monitor project progress, prepare detailed status reports, and proactively identify and mitigate potential risks.

• Actively seek to learn from senior staff, absorbing knowledge and contributing to the continuous improvement of site management practices.
