Job Description

                    Supervise land development projects, such as roads, utilities, drainage system, and grading 
Conduct thorough surveys to assess the land’s topography, soil conditions, existing utilities, and environmental constraints 
Develop initial site layout plans, including road networks, grading plans, drainage systems, and utility placement 
Navigate the permitting process by submitting plans to relevant government agencies and obtaining necessary approvals 
Coordinate with different departments to implement development plans 
Execute site assessments and oversee the project’s development to pinpoint and resolve problems 
Create thorough technical reports, drawings, and cost estimates 
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
