Job Description

Our client, part of a large and diversified group of companies with international reach, is currently seeking an experienced Land Development Manager to join their real estate team based in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. Your experience working with large-scale development or asset management organizations combined with a strong understanding of municipal processes and regulatory frameworks and up-to-date knowledge of the competitive landscape, development trends, market conditions and emerging opportunities in Atlantic Canada will allow you to play a pivotal role in the organization.
Responsibilities will include:
Working closely with municipal authorities, planning consultants, engineers and legal advisors to secure zoning, subdivision and site plan approvals.

Supporting industrial, commercial and retail land sales and development projects as well as new builds, expansions and redevelopments in support of the larger organization.
