Hours: 9am - 6pm and 11am - 8pm Main Duties and Responsibilities Manage key customer accounts, including KPI monitoring and performance reporting. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to support retention and growth. Handle customer queries professionally, ensuring timely resolution.
