Land Management Supervisor

This is a full-time on-site role for a Land Developer. The Land Management Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the development of land for various construction projects. The day-to-day tasks include surveying and evaluating land, preparing reports, designing land-use plans, obtaining necessary permits and approvals, and managing construction projects.

• Proficiency in land development and management
• Knowledge in environmental regulations and construction codes
• Project management skills and experience
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Bachelors or masters degree in civil engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning or related field
