Land Solutions Manager

The position holder is responsible for leading the implementation of the solutions to, and successful resolution of, land due diligence red flag findings including supervising the titling of untitled lands, supervising the application and successful conversion of land from agricultural to fit for purpose classification (e.g. industrial or agro-industrial), and the completion of payment terms for the purchase and transfer of title of land to ARI's assigned SPV or trustees. The position holder collaborates with relevant teams, oversees and organizes necessary documents, and other requirements needed in the resolution of red flag findings, and conversion of lands, transfer of titles, titling of titled lands, as well as maintaining records, standardizing and improving internal processes to effect this role.
