Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to perform land and construction surveys using modern surveying equipment and techniques. The Land Surveyor will be responsible for measuring, mapping, and documenting land features to support planning, design, and construction activities, while ensuring accuracy and compliance with project drawings, specifications, and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct topographic, boundary, construction, and as-built surveys.
Measure land, distances, elevations, and angles using total stations, GPS, levels, and other surveying instruments.
Establish control points, benchmarks, and reference lines for construction works.
Verify site layouts, alignments, levels, and dimensions according to approved drawings.
Prepare survey data, drawings, maps, and reports using AutoCAD or relevant software.
