We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Surveyor to conduct topographical surveys, property boundaries, and construction layout surveys. The role involves downloading and uploading survey data into AutoCAD, researching land records, and coordinating with engineers and project teams.
Responsibilities

+ Conduct topographical, property boundaries, staking, ALTA, and construction layout surveys.

+ Download and upload survey data into AutoCAD.

+ Research land records and documentation.

+ Coordinate with engineers and project teams.

+ Work collaboratively with a survey crew.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in Civil 3D.

+ Experience in survey drafting.

+ 2+ years of experience in land surveying.

+ Experience using Leica, Topcon, or total station equipment.
