Land surveyor

Responsibilities

• Preparing and maintaining sketches, maps, and reports of legal descriptions of surveys.
• Conduct surveys on land sites and properties.
• Prepare survey as-built drawing, record survey-related data, construction setting out, leveling, etc.
• Examine previous records and evidence to ensure data accuracy.
• Verifying data and calculations.
• Recording results of surveys.
• Calculating the measurements of sites.
• Writing descriptions of property boundaries.
• Perform complete survey including to built, pegging for new structure, location before, setting out and leveling works.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Land Surveying/Geomatic or related field.
• At least 3-5 years working experience in this field is an added advantage.
