Introduction

A large, well established company based in Dubai is needing junior as well as senior level Land Surveyors for 4 very large projects that they are busy with.

Must have experience with major infrastructure or high-rise construction projects

The senior must have proven ability to lead survey teams and manage large site zones

Duties & Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Construction Manager, the Senior Surveyor is responsible for overseeing and managing surveying activities to support accurate execution of civil and structural works.
• Supervising of survey teams, ensuring precision in measurements, coordinating with construction teams and maintaining documentation of site levels and layouts
• Lead all surveying operations for assigned project areas
• Ensure site layouts and measurements comply with approved drawings
• Coordinate with construction and QA/QC teams for inspections and approvals
