Job Description

Responsibilities:

Advise government entities and municipalities on land development and zoning matters for large development projects, ensuring compliance with municipal, provincial, and federal regulations.

Conduct comprehensive due diligence reviews to assess the legal aspects of land transactions, including title searches, environmental assessments, and regulatory compliance.

Assist clients in obtaining necessary permits, approvals, and variances for land development projects. Prepare and submit applications to municipal authorities, planning boards, and regulatory agencies.

Collaborate with our multidisciplinary legal team, including real estate lawyers, environmental specialists, and regulatory experts, to deliver comprehensive legal solutions to clients.
Qualifications:
Must be a licensed lawyer in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
