Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled
Landscape BIM Modeler
to join our Makati studio, supporting hospitality, commercial, and residential projects. The role focuses on Revit-based documentation, BIM implementation, and multidisciplinary coordination. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a design team.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce accurate construction and concept design drawings using Revit
• Develop, implement, and maintain BIM workflows, standards, and protocols
• Manage and maintain project models, Revit content, and standard library objects
• Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models
