**Job Summary**

+ The Landscape Tender PW performs a variety of landscape and irrigation duties using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment.

**Duties and Responsibilities:**

+ Lay sod and prepare planting areas.
+ Plant trees, shrubs, and flowers.
+ Water and fertilize landscaped areas.
+ Dig, rake, and perform general site preparation.
+ Install and maintain sprinkler and irrigation systems.
+ Install mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units.
+ Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.

**Education and Experience:**

+ Minimum 6 months commercial landscape experience
+ Ability to operate hand equipment with mechanized moving blades (e.g., gas-powered shears)
+ Experience using manual hand tools such as shovels.
