**Job Summary**

+ The Landscaper III provides skilled landscape maintenance for industrial, commercial, and public properties. Working independently, this role performs complex landscaping tasks, operates commercial-grade equipment safely, and ensures the proper care of plant materials and other landscape elements.

**Duties and Responsibilities:**

+ Proactively maintain site detail
+ Lead and perform job duties when the Crew Leader is not on site
+ Work with the Crew Leader to solve problems and overcome job and schedule challenges
+ Complete punch list items without supervision
+ Offer solutions to deliver quality results
+ Cut turf using various-sized power mowers, trimming, and edging using a gas-powered edger/trimmer, and operating a gas-powered blower
