Position

ECC is currently looking for an experienced Landscaping Lead to join our growing Calgary operations. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in quality work, can manage a crew efficiently, and has strong experience in landscape construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a crew on residential projects.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and to high standards.
• Operate equipment and assist with hands-on work.
• Coordinate with management and clients when required.
• Maintain safe and organized job sites.
