Understanding the Level (L1 - Foundational Scope)
This project is structured as a Level 1 (L1) engagement, which refers to the complexity and scope of tasks — not the candidate's overall capability or career level.
L1 tasks are:
- Clearly defined and guideline-driven
- Execution-focused rather than strategy-based
- Designed for foundational quality review and data processing
- Structured with step-by-step instructions
This specific client initiative requires high-volume, standardized execution work, which is why it is classified as L1.
We welcome applicants with advanced (L2 or L3) experience; however, please note that compensation and task scope for this role are aligned strictly to L1 responsibilities. Higher-level strategic or analytical functions are not part of this engagement.
