Language Production Lead

  • Mumbai, Maharashtra, India

    • The Language Lead is responsible for coordinating and executing language-related activities such as asset and tool management, language process and quality management, and terminology management adhering to the defined customer requirements and customer-specific language strategies, as well as internal methodology of language processes.

    What You Will Do 

  • Provide input on client proposals and expectations by leading and coordinating linguistic activities to enable the successful execution of projects and deliveries to improve customer outcomes.
  • Carry out RCA of issues on account level, modifying processes, assets, or work practices to drive continuous improvement.
  • Oversee creation of the client review instruction templates.
  • Coordinate and manage the execution of assigned language tasks.
