Language Specialist (EN_AU)

Overview

The Language Specialist is responsible for performing language-related tasks. They communicate with project teams to deal with linguistic issues. The Language Specialist works with clients to improve terminology used and client style guides. This is an entry-level position.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Translating, reviewing, proofreading, linguistic bug fixing, and other language-related tasks.
• Communicating with the project team on linguistic issues if necessary.
• Managing and suggesting new terminology for clients’ approval whenever required.
• Managing clients’ style guides and/or reference material whenever required.
• Additional duties as required.

Requirements

• University degree in Translation & Interpreting or equivalent and/or relevant experience.
• Fluent in English with good communication skills.
