Large Format Printer Technician

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform demonstration, installation, and setup of large format printers at client sites.
• Operate and manage large format printing equipment to produce high-quality print outputs.
• Inspect, diagnose, and repair large format printers to ensure proper functionality and minimize downtime.
• Conduct preventive maintenance, cleaning, and calibration of printing equipment to maintain optimal performance.
• Assist clients in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, inquiries, or complaints related to printers.
• Provide technical suggestions, recommendations, or alternative solutions to address client concerns effectively.
• Deliver excellent customer support and after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate service records, repair logs, and reports for all maintenance and repair activities.
