Job Description
Laser design engineer for InP semiconductor laser, especially for DFB laser and high-speed EML.
Responsibilities:
Develop new or enhanced laser design with semiconductor material physics, optical science and high-speed design technologies. 
Responsible for the stable volume production and the improvement of productivity
Product design of DFB laser and EML for yield improvement and cost reduction
Design and fabricate the necessary parts for evaluation, such as submounts, as needed.
Evaluate fabricate chips, analyze evaluation data and write reports of them.
Attend a meeting to explain and discuss the results.
Expected Background:
BSc, MSc, PhD degree in electronics, electrical engineering, physics, or a related equivalent technical field.
Bachelors and 6+ years of work experience, Masters and 4+ years of work experience. PhD. no relevant work experiences.
