Role & Responsibilities – Laser Operator
Develop new CNC and/or Laser programs based on engineering drawings and models
Troubleshoot programs and implement process improvements
Collaborate with engineering to resolve process or fixture issues.
Edit and adapt existing programs for different machines.
Maintain a database for new and existing programs
Work closely with the shop floor to adjust and optimize programs.
Navigate and utilize an MRP system effectively.
