Lash Technician Trainer

The Technical Trainer is responsible for developing the technical proficiency of service providers in lash care (eyelashes). You'll play a vital role in training newly hired staff and upskilling our existing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure training programs follow brand standards, hygiene protocols, and regulatory compliance.
• Track training attendance, performance, and skill assessments.
• Prepare reports on training outcomes and participant progress.
• Maintain organized records of training schedules, materials, and certifications.
• Ensure trainees adhere to sanitation and safety guidelines according to local regulations.
• Maintain high standards of service quality and technical accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Professional experience as a Lash / Eyelash Technician or Lash / Eyelash Educator
