• Exceptional customer service.
• Account management experience to provide porduct and process validation, customer development, and product training to ensure growth in sales and profitability.
• Deliver on opportunities to reduce operational cost while still meeting the needs of the customer.
• Coordination of business travel and management of travel expenses.
• Ability to travel domestically and/or internationally, for periods of up to two weeks at a time and 14 weeks per year.
