The Benefits Analyst provides day-to-day operational support to the Benefits Leads across designated countries in Latin America. The role emphasizes close collaboration with the Global Business Services (GBS) team on daily activities and process execution, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of health, wellness, and retirement programs. The position supports management, assessment, and communication activities, requiring a foundational understanding of benefit design and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Support the LATAM Benefits Team in the day-to-day delivery and execution of all health, wellness, and retirement programs.
• Assist the team in managing local vendor relations and monitoring service delivery standards.
