As a Specialist Consumer Business Group Latam Collections you will play a key role for Collections in LATAM the division of Consumer Business Group. In this role you will be able to collaborate with Consumer Business Group team leaders and also manage collection activities.
The impact you will make in this role
- You will lead customer meetings, including visiting and understanding warehousing, payment, disputes, and support KAMS to growth the business.
- You will supervise, check and work in collaboration with COE team around order holds/release aligned with area credit rules, customer status and DBTT payment history.
- You will build and maintain strong relationships with internal customers by understanding and anticipating their service needs, collaborating closely with departments such as Customer Service, Billing & Invoicing, Issue Resolution, Cash Application and CIP team's members.
