LATAM Commercial Education Leader

J&J Family Of Companies is seeking a Commercial Education Manager in Bogotá, Colombia. In this role, you'll define and lead the regional Commercial Education strategy for DePuy Synthes across LATAM, focusing on skill development and integration across direct and distributor models.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in commercial roles and proven leadership experience, as well as a strong understanding of strategic and clinical selling methodologies. Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese and English is required.
