Job Description
HubSpot welcomes individuals to join our Inbound Sales Development team as an Inbound Success Coach (ISC). As part of our vision for the future of work at HubSpot, ISCs can either be based in Bogotá, Colombia, or remotely from anywhere within Colombia. Please submit resume in English.
The mission of the Inbound Success Coach team is to provide prospects the most immediate and high quality first interaction with HubSpot in order to drive great future customers.
In this role, you will be the true embodiment of HubSpot's Inbound methodology. On a day-to-day basis, you will:
- Navigate a high volume of product- and sales-related inquiries from prospective businesses looking to learn about the HubSpot platform
- Conduct consultative pre-qualification of prospects for HubSpot's sales process via phone and live chat on
- Help remove technical barriers for our users and recommend software best practices
