• Support the design of end‑to‑end digital experiences.
• Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Business teams in an Agile environment.
• Apply Design Thinking to solve real‑world problems.
• Create prototypes and wireframes using tools like Figma and Stitch.
• Map user journeys, personas, and business processes.
