LatAm Legal Counsel

About the job:

You’ll undertake a wide range of legal matters relating to our day to day and strategic initiatives. In particular, you will be:

• Supporting the Latam Legal Counsel in driving key regional priorities, business planning, and growth strategies while evaluating overall legal risk considerations; 

• Structuring, drafting, and negotiating a wide variety of commercial agreements with banking partners, API users, and enterprise customers. You will translate complex operational structures into clear, actionable terms; 

• Based in our São Paulo office, working closely with multiple cross-functional business units across Latin America to provide day-to-day legal counsel.
