Latam - Patient Care Coordinator

Hiring: PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR

Company: Core Virtual Solutions (US company)

Work Setup: Fully Remote, Work-from-Home

Salary: $7-7.50/hour, commensurate to experience

Responsibilities:

Personal assistant to the physician

Update EHR/EMR with patient's records

Gather information for the patient's visit

Partner with physician to deliver efficient patient care

Qualifications:

A degree OR some units in allied medical course is preferred

At least 6 months experience as a Virtual Medical Assistant

At least 6 months experience as a CSR

Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner) and medical terminologies

Knowledge of US healthcare private insurance (e.g. Medicaid, Medicare)

Tech Requirements:

Reliable high-speed internet, updated computer/laptop, webcam, and headset

Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, and scheduling platforms
