LATAM Payments Rails — Product Delivery Manager (Vice President)

As a Product Delivery Manager (VP) for Payments Rails LATAM , you will lead end-to-end delivery from intake through release and operationalization, partnering with Product, Technology, Operations, CS&I, and cross-functional teams. You will manage timelines, dependencies, and blockers to keep execution on track, strengthen governance and agile delivery practices, and drive continuous improvements that enable faster, more consistent outcomes and better customer experiences.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product delivery processes includingintake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and cross-functional coordination.
• Lead change management activities across functional partners and ensure adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
