**Responsibilities**:
As a Manager on the Strategy Planning & Analytics team, you will be a key architect of TikTok’s monetization engine across Latin America. This isn’t a maintenance role; you will be responsible for building the frameworks that define how we forecast revenue, optimize sales performance, and allocate resources across one of the world's fastest-growing digital landscapes.
