We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team at Perficient. The role will focus on managing Adobe migrations, coordinating cross‑functional teams, and delivering quality solutions to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Help customers move their Adobe accounts and licenses.
• Guide customers to install and fix Single Sign‑On (SSO) for their logins.
• Coordinate with other teams to transfer user accounts, directories, and license assets.
• Solve customer doubts and technical questions with the team.
• Work closely with Customer Success Managers (CSM) on client requests.
• Create clear reports and notes for every client job.
• Teach clients how to use the new Adobe user management system.
• Check and fix errors that happen during the migration process.
