Nautical Staffing is looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented LATAM Focused
Recruiter to support our recruitment operations for Spanish-speaking markets. The
ideal candidate will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment—sourcing, interviewing,
coordinating, and onboarding candidates—while ensuring excellent turnaround
times and consistent delivery of high-quality talent to our clients. This role requires
strong communication skills to coordinate with our client with a sense of urgency,
and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Responsibilities:
● Source and attract top-tier Spanish-speaking candidates through job boards,
social platforms, referrals, and targeted outreach.
● Conduct initial screenings and competency-based interviews to assess skills,
experience, and cultural fit.
● Manage and coordinate interviews between candidates, clients, and internal
teams.
