Drive and deliver international sales targets aligned with the company's global growth plan
Own business development: lead generation, qualification, negotiation, and deal closure
Identify and develop new LATAM markets, channels, and distributor partnerships
Work closely with pre-sales and solution teams to deliver effective product demonstrations
Build strong relationships with dealers, partners, and decision-makers across LATAM
Execute end-to-end sales processes, coordinating internal and external stakeholders
Support cross-selling opportunities with existing international customers
Collaborate with marketing teams to design localized go-to-market strategies
Possess working knowledge of import-export processes and international trade norms
