We're hiring a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join a U.S.-based technology company's global engineering team. This is a 100% remote role, open exclusively to candidates located in Latin America, working in a fully English-speaking environment.
As an SDET, you will combine strong software engineering skills with a quality-first mindset to design, build, and maintain automated testing solutions for modern web applications. You'll collaborate closely with engineering, product, and customer success teams to ensure scalable, reliable, and high-quality releases.
Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks using Cypress, BDD (Cucumber), and Page Object Model (POM)
Participate in BDD practices such as Example Mapping and Three Amigos
Apply shift-left testing principles to catch issues early
