Latam Treasury & Recon Analyst – Latam (Fintech / Crypto)

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and proactive Lat Am Treasury & Recon Analyst to join our Regional Finance team.
This is a high-impact role responsible for managing treasury operations across multiple LATAM markets and acting as a key bridge between traditional banking infrastructure and digital asset operations.
You will play a critical role in scaling our financial operations, ensuring strong internal controls, and supporting the growth of our fintech platform across the region.
About the role
Responsibilities LATAM Treasury Operations Execute payment instructions across LATAM (Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Peru, Brazil) ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal controls.
Act as the primary point of contact for banking partners and financial service providers.
Monitor daily liquidity positions and prepare treasury reports and bank reconciliations.
