Hiring: Virtual Medical Assistant (VMA)
Company: Core Virtual Solutions (US company)
Work Setup: Fully Remote, Work-from-Home
Salary: $7-$8 per hour commensurate to experience
About the Role: Work with a US-based healthcare practice to provide essential virtual support.
Responsibilities may include:
Manage medical reception tasks (calls, emails, correspondence)
Verify insurance and handle prior authorizations
Schedule appointments and update EHR/EMR systemsCollect co-payments and outstanding balance if applicable
Other medical administrative duties
Qualifications:
A degree OR some units in allied medical course is preferred
At least 6 months experience as a Virtual Medical Assistant
At least 6 months experience as a CSR
2+ years bilingual (English & Spanish fluency required)
Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
