About the Role

Work with a US-based healthcare practice to provide essential virtual support.

Responsibilities

• Manage medical reception tasks (calls, emails, correspondence)
• Verify insurance and handle prior authorizations
• Schedule appointments and update EHR/EMR systems
• Collect co-payments and outstanding balances if applicable
• Perform other medical administrative duties

Qualifications

• A degree OR some units in allied medical course is preferred
• At least 6 months experience as a Virtual Medical Assistant
• At least 6 months experience as a CSR
• 2+ years bilingual (English & Spanish fluency required)
