Mission

The Commercial Support Advisor plays the role in the administrative aspects of customer interactions, offer management, and basic pricing. This position supports the commercial team's efforts to provide efficient and effective services to clients while ensuring accurate record-keeping and contributing to marketing intelligence efforts. #LI-KM

1. Customer Data Management:

- Create and maintain accurate customer records in the database.

- Ensure that customer information is up-to-date and complete.

- Handle customer inquiries related to account information and updates.
