JOB DESCRIPTION
Launch Engineer
What can you expect? 
What will your responsibilities be?
Launch of new product into production – coordinating of all activities; ensuring of compliance of all standards and procedures; coordinating of all activities during the launch phase
Involvement in the development of the product from its initial stages - creates launch plan, ensures schedule adherence, production readiness and open items overview to achieve compliance with deadlines, customer requirements, internal deliveries
Identifying of bottlenecks and obstacles; establishes a plan for risk reduction
Ensuring of readiness of suppliers and tooling for relevant components.
Managing of launch/launch costs according to budget
Ensuring that all quality documentation (PFMEA, Control plan) is prepared and agreed upon internally and by the customer
