Position Overview:
The Launch Engineer is responsible for leading new program introductions from planning through execution, ensuring seamless coordination across cross‑functional teams. This role drives operational readiness, manages project timelines, and ensures all launch activities meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.

Main Missions: 

Work closely with stakeholders and provide all necessary data to ensure smooth project execution.

Develop the Program/Project schedule, including macro and micro activities.

Demonstrate leadership during program launch.

Configure the LPMP system for all new program launches.

Ensure all assigned tasks in LPMP/profile are completed accurately

Collaborate with SSD/CFD teams to address deliverables, tasks, and open issues.
