We're building a service business for seniors and looking for one hungry operator to own execution end-to-end.
This is a full-stack role for someone incredibly reliable, motivated, and self-sufficient. Do not apply if this is not you.
What you'll actually do (scope of the role)
This is an operator seat. You will build and run the machine, with support from our CEO.
The timeline is 3-4 weeks. Within the first days you will organize and polish the business plan with our CEO and get ready to attack the market. Within 3-4 weeks you will hit revenue and expand.
Your responsibilities:
Growth + revenue
Own acquisition + lead flow (create demand, generate leads, follow up fast)
Own conversion (calls/DMs, scheduling, closing, reducing drop-off)
Own retention + referrals (keep customers happy, turn se...
