What You’ll Do

This role focuses on the successful transition of new products from design to the manufacturing floor. The position is responsible for ensuring new production lines are optimized, standardized, and capable of meeting high‑quality serial production demands. You will work closely with Industrial, Quality, Engineering, and Operations teams to debug equipment, validate processes, and refine standardized work instructions during the prototype and pre‑serial phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Participation on CFT
• Document and support the development of standardized work for new projects, including all applicable manufacturing standards (MPS, CPS, etc.).
• Support new manufacturing line debugging and validation.
• Support new product builds (prototype & pre‑serial).
